Included with this service:

  • Review contract for all required initials, signatures, and additional addenda
  • Fill out fee sheet for the title company
  • Order Mortgage Payoff
  • Order Resale Certificate and HOA documents (if necessary)
  • Start file with the escrow or title company.
  • Create a transaction file that  agents and clients can access online and follow the transaction progress
  • Create reminders for all contingencies and other dates
  • Send a weekly e-mail summarizing the status of the transaction and advising the agent of upcoming deadlines.
  • Ensure that all paperwork is provided to all parties.
  • Request an estimated ALTA statement for agent to review.
  • If the agent represents a seller, send reminders to remove the lock box, obtain seller’s forwarding address
  • Change status in MLS and other systems to "sold"
  • File any documents necessary for closing the file
  • Thirty days after closing, remind the agent to touch base with his or her former client.

  • Primary point of contact for the transaction.  We will coordinate with Title, Mortgage, Agents, and Clients
  • Licensed Coordinator that can review all documents with your clients, if necessary
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments (i.e. inspections)
  • Customizable tasks specific to your business**


Listing Service - $149

Included with this service:

  • Fill out listing documents and send to seller for initial
  • coordinate professional photos, staging, placing sign and lockbox, etc (charges for services not included)
  • Enter listing in the MLS
  • Add listing to other sites**
  • Make changes to listing, as needed.
